From inside the app
Open your avatar menu in the top bar:
- Send feedback for ideas and requests.
- Report a bug when something breaks. The page address and your browser are attached for you, and you can add a screenshot.
The chat bubble in the corner reaches the team live. When nobody is online, leave your message with your email and we reply there.
Common questions
Export does nothing. Export needs WebCodecs, which means a recent Chrome or Edge on a computer. Safari and phones are not supported yet.
My topics do not fit my channel. Fill in the channel profile and add your own news feeds. Until you do, the tools assume a technology channel.
I hit a daily limit. Limits reset every day. They protect you from a runaway bill and are separate from credits.
I was signed out on every app. Content signs you in through Corpland ID. Ending a session from the Security page in Corpland ID signs that browser out of every Corpland product.
