Billing and credits
One balance of credits per venture pays for every action that costs money. Plans, prices and what each action uses.

Plans and packs can change on the billing page without an app update; that page is the source of truth.
Credits belong to the venture, not to a person. Everyone in the venture spends from the same balance.

The daily topic run is off until you turn it on in Settings, and it costs the same as a run on demand. When the balance cannot cover it, or billing cannot be reached, that day's run waits and is tried again at the next hour. A run that finished while billing was unreachable is charged within the next few hours, never twice.
Where to see it
The credits chip in the top bar shows the venture's balance. Select it to open the Billing page with your plan, your balance and the price of every action.
Running out
When an action needs more credits than are left, a dialog offers Buy credits and See plans. Both open the billing page, where a credit pack tops you up at once or a bigger plan refills more every month. Credits are taken when the work is done, never for a run that fails.
Paying
On the Billing page, choose Buy credits for a credit pack or Manage billing for plans, your card and receipts. Payment is handled by Paystack. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in Ghana cedis at the rate shown before you pay; your bank may add a conversion fee. Packs take a card or mobile money; plans are paid by card so they renew on their own.
Credit packs
A pack is 500 credits for $5, paid once. Packs never expire, and your monthly credits are spent before them.
